Fees are by package. A landing page is US$150, a company site US$250, and an online store US$500. The first year of each includes one common domain (such as .com or .my) newly registered at the regular price, plus standard hosting. Premium domains, less common extensions, and higher-spec hosting are quoted separately. From year two, renewal is US$80/year, US$130/year, and US$250/year. Domain and hosting are billed separately from year two. Monthly care is US$20/month. Payment-gateway yearly fees and per-transaction charges for an online store are billed by the payment provider and are not in the package or the renewal. Changes beyond three rounds, and not covered by care, are charged separately.

What renewal includes from year two
Domain and hosting are billed separately from year two.
Renewal keeps the existing site under this studio's care. The US dollar amounts are the ringgit renewal, rounded up. Domain and hosting are not in that fee, and no amounts for them are listed here.
- The existing site stays published. If the domain or host is not paid separately, the site cannot stay up. This fee does not pay those bills.
- Security updates only when the existing site has a known security issue. Not a monthly upgrade round, not round-the-clock security care, and not a promise that nothing will go wrong.
- Technical support: if the existing site will not load, or a feature it already had stops working, we reply within 2 working days and start looking. We do not promise a same-day fix.
Not included: copy edits, image swaps, backups, routine dependency updates, new pages, or new features. Small copy and image changes, backups, and dependency updates are the monthly care plan, or charged per request.
Monthly care
US$20/month
Small changes after launch (copy edits and image swaps), plus dependency updates and backups done with those changes. Only what this studio can actually provide. Keeping the site up, security updates, and fault checks belong to renewal from year two, not to this plan.
- One small change a month: edit copy in one place on an existing page, or replace one image already in use. Unused changes do not carry over.
- We reply within 2 working days, and finish that change within 5 working days after the reply.
- With that change, we also update dependencies and keep a backup. This is not security-incident handling, and it does not cover a site that will not load.
Not included: new pages, new features, a redesign, extra products, writing new copy, photography, payment or order issues, or keeping the site up, security updates, and fault checks (those are renewal from year two). Domain and hosting are billed separately from year two, and are not in the renewal or in this monthly fee. Without this plan, changes after launch are still charged per request.

- How do I request a quote?

- Can the site be in Chinese and English?
- Yes. We work in Chinese or English at no extra fee. A bilingual site is only + US$30. Elsewhere, Chinese and English together often costs several thousand ringgit.
- Are the listed sites existing client work?
- The industry entries are samples, for layout and writing. Finished sites are designed from your materials. Work listed under Other is an existing project, not a shop sample.
